Perfume Breeze™ Rose Tree Rosa ‘BARise’
Product Description
Strong-Scented, Pink Climbing Rose Tree
Imagine sitting in your backyard, enjoying the alluring scent of roses wafting through the air. That’s just what you’ll get with the Perfume Breeze Rose Tree, named for its powerful scent that will transport you to a floral oasis!
But the Perfume Breeze Rose Tree does much more than just smell sweet. This unusual rose tree is a climber, meaning it will wrap its vine-like canes around arbors and fences for a picturesque garden display. Plus, it's extremely disease resistant, so it'll perform reliably for you in the landscape, wherever it's planted.
What’s more, Perfume Breeze blooms are true stunners. These compound, densely-petaled flowers bloom in colors ranging from white to pink - and every color in between. These vibrant shades are emphasized against bright green leaves and red stems.
When deciding where to plant your Perfume Breeze Rose Tree, keep two considerations in mind. First, make sure it has a structure to climb on - otherwise, it may climb on your other trees. Second, you’ll want to plant it close enough to your outdoor gathering spaces to make the most of its intoxicating scent!
So, what are you waiting for? Order your very own Perfume Breeze Rose Tree today to start enjoying all its beauty and benefits!
Planting & Care
1. Planting: Select a well-drained site in full to partial sun (4 to 8 hours of sunlight per day). If you choose a partial sun location, make sure your roses receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day (afternoon shade is better than morning shade).
First, space 3 feet apart if planting multiple trees. Dig a hole twice as wide and twice as deep as the root ball. Backfill the soil until you have a hole the same size or slightly larger than the container the rose is in. Plant the rose at the same depth as it is in the container. Mulch around the base of the tree to keep competing weeds and grasses from growing.
2. Watering: Water around the roots rather than overhead, and water about once or twice weekly. Mulching will greatly assist with soil moisture retention.
3. Fertilizing: Fertilize with an organic rose fertilizer once a month.
4. Pruning: Sterilize your sharp pruning shears with hot water or rubbing alcohol, and always prune at an angle. Start by pruning back a little in the spring after the last hard freeze, and remove dead or old canes.
