Planting & Care
1. Planting: Plant your Amber Glow™ Redwood in well-draining soil and in a spot that receives full sun. Place in a hole twice as wide and just as deep as the root ball. There's no need to amend the soil, but do add a thick layer of mulch around the base to retain moisture.
2. Watering: Make sure your Amber Glow™ Redwood receives one inch of water each week, and more if you live in a dry, drought-prone area. Rain is usually enough to keep it hydrated, but you'll likely need to water the establishing tree.
3. Pruning: Your Redwood will typically not require pruning due to its neat, pyramidal shape and well-behaved habit.
4. Fertilizing: Apply a slow release fertilizer once in spring and once in summer to give your tree a boost. Follow product instructions closely.

Gorgeous Trees
I LOVE these trees. I ordered 2 of the 4-5ft trees in Nov 2022. I planted both in the backyard outside the fence between my dock and fenced area. The next year, in June 2023, I ordered 2 more 4-5ft trees to plant on the side of the yard outside my fence. Because I live on a small, residential lake I am not allowed to have a privacy fence and I have been gradually "planting" my privacy. All of the trees have done fantastic but the first 2 planted weren't getting as much sun or water as the second 2 so I moved them to the side so now all 4 are in a row going down the hill. They are so beautiful! I can't wait for them to reach at least 10-15 ft, as they will provide a gorgeous sight for my neighbors and myself as well as provide privacy while using our pool, along with a row of full speed a hedge arborvitae's planted inside the fence. In the pictures, the tree on each end of the row was purchased in Nov 2022 and the 2 in the middle in June 2023. The 2 on each end were just moved to their current locations in 2024 to join the other 2. Their color is so striking and i couldn't be happier with these gorgeous trees.
