Well rooted
Arrived in off season with slightly weak leaves as expected, but with fine root growth. So far doing great in the ground.
Never again
The package was mishandled with all the pots turned upside down and damage to plant. Emailed them with pictures about what happened with no response.
Love this store
This is my second purchase from the store. And I'm amazed how Brighter blooms cares about their plants! My plant arrived in very good box. Container was wrapped, so the soil will not be around upon arrival, but will keep the roots safe. The plant was watered, so it arrived in perfect condition. No single break of branches. The plant is dormant yet, but roots are beautifully white, and I can't wait to see my little tree growing. Very pleasant experience again.
Fair condition
Definitely needs a good care after unpacking. But it gets better after I planted it in my yard and it was a decent size.
