Dwarf Version of the Popular Limelight Hydrangea
Watch Blooms Come Alive, Even in the Fall! The Hydrangea Little Lime (Hydrangea paniculata) is the perfect late-season foliage shrub. The soft light green flowers burst with pink and burgundy colors in the late summer through fall. The dark green leaves create a perfect accent to the showy blooms. While other flowers dull past summer, the Little Lime comes to life with its lush hues. Your garden will capture the vibrancy of spring/early summer beds, even up to the first frost.
The Perfect Hedge
The deciduous compact shrub is the dwarf version of the popular Limelight variety. It's 3 ft. to 5 ft. height/width at maturity is perfect for mixed borders, open woodland gardens, containers, and even low privacy hedges. Feel the satisfaction of a row of Little Limes (spaced 3 ft. apart), spreading dense leaves and flowers for all to enjoy.
Strong Throughout the Season
Hardy throughout the season, you will notice other flowers drooping while the sturdy Little Lime remains upright in the blazing sun. The shrub is easy to maintain and only needs medium moisture in rich well-drained soils. Plant in the fall in either full sun or partial shade to give your beds a lush vibrancy. Winters will be worry-free since the shrub persists with its green foliage throughout the cold months. Optimal planting is in Zones 3-8. Don't worry about the pests. Your Little Lime has no serious insect or disease issues.
Flowers in Your Home and Garden
Outside or inside, you will love the flower power. Cut arrangements are a must since the sturdy stems will hold well in a vase. You can even dry them out, giving you a nice hue of pinks in your kitchen or on your living room table for months.
Envision your garden with these attractive shrubs and know that your beds will be the pride of the neighborhood!

Little lime hydrangea
It was stressed I’m sure from being shipped in a box. Really didn’t think it was going to live. But it’s finally looking better.
Small but healthy
I planted these the day they arrived and there is already new growth being seen. So far so good.
Satisfied
I ordered 2 limelight trees and one arrived dead or pretty much dead I reached out to customer service they got back to me in a day and sent me a new tree. They were nice and quick to respond. Happy
Beautiful Little Limes
I bought 10 little limes for around my home. They are absolutely perfect. My only complaint is how tiny they were. I tried to find the “size” per qt, gallon etc but couldn’t find any information. It’ll take a year or so for these plants to show any flower but they are going to be gorgeous once they are bigger. I also bought a lime light tree and it is doing perfectly. Couldn’t be happier. They require a lot of water the first year as mine are in mostly sunny areas but they are thriving and healthy. Can’t wait until next summer to see the growth and hopefully some blooms.
Arrived in excellent shape
I purchased 3 Little Lime Hydrangeas and was very impressed at the health of the plants when they arrived. Looking forward to watching them grow and bloom!
