Fantastic customer service!
I ordered New Love Clematis shrubs but received Love Hydragias. Called customer service and the Clematis shrubs were in the mail the same day at no extra charge. Even though they are fragile plants, they arrived in great shape. Wonderful dealing with you!

Deer liked them more than me.
Looked good on arrival and one was budded. I was disappointed that the flowers were not as large as the picture made them appear. Also no fragrance detected. That being said, they filled up the space intended and I was awaiting further growth. Unfortunately the deer that hang around here took a liking to them and gave them a good "haircut" They are not dead but pretty putrid looking. I will wait to see how and if they recover for further comment.

I was very pleased with the 3 lovely shrub plants that arrived looking healthy and full. After a couple weeks - during which they actually bloomed - I transplanted them into the larger pots (picture) to await fall planting.
