The Easiest to Grow Pomegranate
• the most cold-hardy pomegranate tree
• large, delicious fruit- perfect for juice, tea, and even desserts
• self-pollinating and dwarf-sized, so you don't need much space
One of the healthiest fruits you can grow!
We love Pomegranates! Not only are they full of antioxidants, but they are delicious for all kinds of culinary uses. They're even the preferred variety for Pomegranate juice! Now, you can grow an endless supply of sweet superfood!
The Toughest Pomegranate Variety
The problem with most Pomegranate Trees is that they are cold-sensitive. The Red Pomegranate is a big exception. It is native to the extremely cold regions of Russia, so you know it is cold-hardy enough to withstand winters here in the US. It is able to tolerate temperatures down to 10 degrees F.
Grows Almost Anywhere
These are tough trees, able to tolerate a wide variety of soil conditions, from clay to sand. Plant in full sun. Unlike many fruit-bearing trees, the Red Pomegranate is deer resistant.
A Delicious Abundance of Fruit
If you love Pomegranates but don't like the scarcity or high price, this is the variety for you. These pomegranates are huge! Very popular for making pomegranate juice, too!
We carry two tasty varieties of the Red Pomegranate, the Salavatski and the Sur Anor. Both are ready for harvest around October with the Salavastski turning red and tasting slightly tart and the Sur Anor turning a unique orange mottled color with a sweet flavor. Whichever kind you receive enjoy home grown pomegranates for years to come.
Be sure to order your Red Pomegranate Tree as soon as they become available as demand is quite high, especially among gardeners and landscapers in the cooler zones. This is a real rarity that you will treasure in your garden for many years to come.

Not as expected
The plant sent was in a 6 inch pot instead of the gallon I ordered. The tree, a pomegranate, was in terrible condition. Most of the leaves were off the tree and the soil was all over the box. It was a gift to my daughter for Christmas. She has been dealing with the company and they seem to be helpful. Don’t know the outcome yet but because of the fraud I will not order from them again.
Caught red-handed scamming me
My daughter wrote earlier about a Pomegranate tree I sent her for Christmas but instead of being a 1-gallon plant they sent her a recently repotted 4-inch plant in a quart pot and labeled as a gallon plant. Customer service has been very nice to her, but now, they have no 1-gallon Pomegranates. So if you bought one recently you may have been scammed too. I just happen to know a 1-gallon plant pot should be the size of a paint can, was yours? I expected them to go above and beyond to make it right, after all they have a happy and healthy guarantee. The person dealing with her was polite and efficient but had no power to actually make me or her happy. She did confirm that the plant sent was not the size plant it was supposed to be, it was an error on the nursery's part. They will only allow her to get something for the same amount as the original cost because the issue was due to the condition of the plant. NO IT WAS NOT, they tried to scam me, an 80-year-old woman at Christmas time, by sending a 4-inch pomegranate instead of a gallon one. The plant was fine, just a tiny plant. We asked if they would replace it with a persimmon tree instead, and we were told no, because those cost more than the plant they sent her. They offered to refund my money, but then I have to find something else for my daughter for Christmas and Christmas is over, at least she can choose something. This whole incident has caused an incredible amount of stress at what was supposed to be a wonderful time of year. So now she will have to settle for something she really doesn't want or need, from a company whose plants are over-priced with no guarantee other than 30-days unless you pay even more for the year warranty, which I did. Oh, there was nothing in the paperwork telling her it had any kind of extended guarantee at all, another scam, if you aren't buying it for yourself because you would never know unless you are told by the person who bought it. Another company sent me a sick 1-gallon citrus tree and replaced it with a 3-gallon one, immediately, I didn't even have to ask for an upgrade. They also took the extra step to tell me how to help the sick plant I received. That is customer service, that is making the customer happy. I will use that company from now on, even if I did get a sick tree, because they made me happy. This company only has a happy and healthy guarantee in name and not action. They don't care about trying to scam their customers either, so be warned. Once we get the plants, we will never buy or have anyone buy, anything from this company again. They will also be reported to the BBB. BEWARE BAD BUSINESS
Waiting to see if they will be put this right. 6-inch pot labeled as one-gallon pot
My mother ordered me a 1-gallon red pomegranate for Christmas. It arrived today and was in a 6 inch pot, not a gallon pot although it was labeled as a one gallon pot. I wish I could put the photo up here for you to see. They shipped this little plant in the box that is meant for the one-gallon plant, and it suffered from it. I am waiting to see how they will put this right. My 80-year-old mom was so excited to send me this plant. She spent a lot of money on it and was shocked that it was recently repotted into this 6 inch pot from a 4-inch pot, based on its' rootball. I have written to the company and am expecting the plant my sweet Mom ordered me to be delivered here ASAP. I will update this with the outcome as soon as I can.
Hopeful
It’s a great size, and arrived timely and in a sturdy package. The tree leaves were all very yellow and fell off within a couple days. I’m hoping it’s just because it’s fall and not because it is dying. The stems seem to still be hydrated. I’m looking forward to next spring to see the leaves come back (hopefully)
I guess time will tell
I guess time will tell how well it was bred because I only planted it a couple weeks ago. For the price I was expecting a more mature plant especially after having to wait a couple months to receive it. Still, the plant arrived in good condition and was well packaged. The planting instructions were thorough, and the plant was healthy (and still is after a couple weeks in the ground). I look forward to seeing it grow up and produce fruit.
