Unique Pink Blooms Offer Intoxicating Fragrance

The Scent First® Eternity Dianthus is a unique and stunning way to add personality to patio containers, garden beds, borders and more! With vibrant, layered rose-pink flowers and a unique, spicy-sweet fragrance, this plant boasts the classic carnation petals.

With its peak season running from spring through summer, the Scent First® Eternity Dianthus is a low-maintenance option that loves being in the sun. Its compact, low-growing habit makes it well-suited for any area of your landscape in need of color and interest.

The best part? Butterflies love the fragrance and nectar-rich blooms that this Dianthus provides. Plus, it’s deer and drought resistant, which makes planting and upkeep a breeze! You'll be able to enjoy its long-lasting, effortless beauty that pleases both experienced and beginner gardeners alike.

Don't wait until it's too late - these beautiful blooms will sell out fast. Order your Scent First® Eternity Dianthus today!

Planting & Care

1. Planting: Your Dianthus will perform best in full sun. Find a spot with well-drained soil and 6 to 8 hours of sunlight per day.

Plant your flowers in a hole twice as wide but as deep as the root ball. Water immediately to establish roots. For best results, add a 3-inch layer of mulch to prevent weeds.

If you're planting in a container, select a pot that's about twice the size of your plant's shipped container, and use organic soil. Place your Dianthus, water to settle its roots, and find a sunny spot on your porch or patio.

2. Watering: Water weekly, or check the surrounding soil. When the soil is dry about 3 inches down, it's time to water. If your Dianthus is container-planted, water until you see it flowing from the drainage holes at the bottom.
