my knock out roses are dead
I received (2) two knock out roses with my recent order, and they were alomst dead. I planted them and watered them for four days, but they did not recover. I sent in a complaint about them and was told to send pictues, in which I did. As of today, NO response back from Brighter Blooms
The first one arrived half
The first one arrived half dead (mishandled by the delivery company) with 2 other dead/damaged plants and was promptly replaced by brighter blooms. The replacement arrived quickly and in good shape. Thank you!
The rose is taking hold
The rose is taking hold and doing good so far. Only one week!
Knockout
Plant was great. Shame the shipper couldnt read instructions on the box. Instead of lay flat the box was standing on end. Leaving the plant upside down
